The industry’s #1 Cloud ERP vendor NetSuite has announced their new upcoming release of its business management suite. NetSuite customers receive two major upgrades per year, each bringing new features and functionality that are completed within an hour on average at no extra cost.
The new version brings significant business value and impact to many business verticals. Some of the functional highlights for manufactures and companies within wholesale & distribution are
o Updated WMS Mobile solution. On-the-floor warehouse tasks are often manual, time-consuming and introducing potential errors in each step. With this new release of NetSuite customers can take advantage of a series of new features to help automate and control warehouse processes.
o Redesigned and customizable WMS mobile screens with no coding required.
o Enhanced picking capabilities like single and multi-order picking, pick to carton, a pick recommendation engine and more…
o Faster processing, supporting up to 10,000 order lines per day per picking location.
o Introduction of the Supply Chain Control Tower which will give you a 360-degree view of the supply chain.
o With Alerts you will be notified about any critical supply chain issues that requires immediate actions.
o A Predicted Risks feature which identifies any purchases orders which delivery may be in jeopardy. Review the suggested correction action and approve it if you agree to the suggestion.
o ‘What if’ scenarios to enable simulation capabilities to better understand business impact of inventory changes.
o With the new Supply Allocation engine, you will be able to match and allocate inventory to sales order. With rule-driven allocation and commitment functionality you will optimize current and future inventory assets, maximizing profitability and service levels.
o In release 2019.1 NetSuite did introduce the build in BI-tool SuiteAnalytics Workbook. In this new release even more feature and pre-built analytics are included. With the new manufacturing production workbook, purchases workbook, master scheduler analytical workbook and inventory workbook you will get analytical insight to your operational data – out of the box from day 1, saving you both time and cost.
