In this webinar, our senior consultants introduced two groundbreaking Enterprise Automation features—Process Modeler and Stateful Orchestrations—that are designed to streamline and optimize business processes. These powerful tools empower organizations to enhance efficiency and automation with minimal coding effort.
Process Modeler (Release 2025): As a foundational piece of the Enterprise Automation framework, the Enterprise Process Modeler enables you to visualise, define, monitor, and measure the processes that are essential to your operations. This is a low-code, no-code, web-based tool where you can select an existing process template, and define steps, transitions, and metrics.
Stateful Orchestrations (Release 2024): Use stateful Orchestrations to include one or more pause steps in an orchestration flow. A pause step is included to allow the orchestration to suspend processing while some offline tasks occur, and then resume processing when the same orchestration instance is invoked again. Pauses can last several days, if necessary, there can be more than one pause and the pause can be used to wait for responses from external systems or humans.
Use case: For example, suppose you want to run a report, and send it to a reviewer, you can create an orchestration with a pause step for this requirement where the reviewer can click an action link in the message to indicate “OK” or “Needs Rework.”
