JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Release 24 - January Update

As previously communicated, Oracle released JDE Release 24 in November, introducing numerous updates in both application and technology aspects. We are also proud to announce that last week, xperitus became the first partner worldwide to implement Release 24 Tools 9.2.8.1 for a client!

However, let's not stop there. Oracle is now introducing additional updates in the JDE January Update, this time focusing on functional enhancements in EnterpriseOne. We would like to highlight the following updates:

Grower Management

New features to facilitate daily operations with weight notes/Weigh Tags:

• Option to set default status for new Grower Operations
• Set Workflow status for operations in the Weigh Tags program
• Ability to select Grower Harvest version when running it from the Weigh Tags Operations program
• New filter fields to search by Block Code and display Farm and Weigh Tag operations in the Operational Search program.

Sales Order Management

Oracle has now enhanced the functionality in the Order Preparation Days & Delivery Date preferences by allowing the calculations for pick dates based on internal handling or production time and transit time to consider the Work Day Calendar, which previously required running Transportation Management.

This feature now allows standard JDE Sales Order Management to plan pick dates at the time of order placement to meet customer's desired delivery date, considering both internal lead times and holidays, etc.
